CHEF/OWNER: Matt Kirk, is a 14 year restaurant veteran formerly of Lazy Bear, Radius, and Spruce in San Francisco. A Bay Area native, Matt is inspired by local ingredients, the eclectic nature of California cuisine and classic American staples.

OPERATIONS MANAGER: Michelle Lozzi, a bay area native, born and raised in San Bruno. She joined the Automat team to make sure SF understands the value in Automats taco and all that it has to offer.
HEAD CASHIER: Amanda Villa, of the San Francisco Villa's joined the Automat crew to live her life long goal of being the best cashier this world has ever seen. She loves a good crossword and the best damn chicken sando Automat has to offer.
